2. Saṅghādisesakaṇḍaṃ (bhikkhunīvibhaṅgo)

1. Paṭhamasaṅghādisesasikkhāpadaṃ

Ime kho panāyyāyo sattarasa saṅghādisesā

Dhammā uddesaṃ āgacchanti.

678. Tena samayena buddho bhagavā sāvatthiyaṃ viharati jetavane anāthapiṇḍikassa ārāme. Tena kho pana samayena aññataro upāsako bhikkhunisaṅghassa udositaṃ [uddositaṃ (sī. syā.)] datvā kālaṅkato hoti. Tassa dve puttā honti – eko assaddho appasanno, eko saddho pasanno. Te pettikaṃ sāpateyyaṃ vibhajiṃsu. Atha kho so assaddho appasanno taṃ saddhaṃ pasannaṃ etadavoca – ‘‘amhākaṃ udosito, taṃ bhājemā’’ti. Evaṃ vutte so saddho pasanno taṃ assaddhaṃ appasannaṃ etadavoca – ‘‘māyyo, evaṃ avaca. Amhākaṃ pitunā bhikkhunisaṅghassa dinno’’ti. Dutiyampi kho so assaddho appasanno taṃ saddhaṃ pasannaṃ etadavoca – ‘‘amhākaṃ udosito, taṃ bhājemā’’ti. Atha kho so saddho pasanno taṃ assaddhaṃ appasannaṃ etadavoca – ‘‘māyyo, evaṃ avaca. Amhākaṃ pitunā bhikkhunisaṅghassa dinno’’ti. Tatiyampi kho so assaddho appasanno taṃ saddhaṃ pasannaṃ etadavoca – ‘‘amhākaṃ udosito, taṃ bhājemā’’ti. Atha kho so saddho pasanno – ‘‘sace mayhaṃ bhavissati, ahampi bhikkhunisaṅghassa dassāmī’’ti – taṃ assaddhaṃ appasannaṃ etadavoca – ‘‘bhājemā’’ti. Atha kho so udosito tehi bhājīyamāno tassa assaddhassa appasannassa pāpuṇāti [pāpuṇi (syā.)]. Atha kho so assaddho appasanno bhikkhuniyo upasaṅkamitvā etadavoca – ‘‘nikkhamathāyye, amhākaṃ udosito’’ti.

Evaṃ vutte thullanandā bhikkhunī taṃ purisaṃ etadavoca – ‘‘māyyo, evaṃ avaca, tumhākaṃ pitunā bhikkhunisaṅghassa dinno’’ti. ‘‘Dinno na dinno’’ti vohārike mahāmatte pucchiṃsu. Mahāmattā evamāhaṃsu – ‘‘ko, ayye, jānāti bhikkhunisaṅghassa dinno’’ti? Evaṃ vutte thullanandā bhikkhunī te mahāmatte etadavoca – ‘‘api nāyyo [api nvayyā (syā.), api nāyyo (ka.)] tumhehi diṭṭhaṃ vā sutaṃ vā sakkhiṃ ṭhapayitvā dānaṃ diyyamāna’’nti ? Atha kho te mahāmattā – ‘‘saccaṃ kho ayyā āhā’’ti taṃ udositaṃ bhikkhunisaṅghassa akaṃsu. Atha kho so puriso parājito ujjhāyati khiyyati vipāceti – ‘‘assamaṇiyo imā muṇḍā bandhakiniyo. Kathañhi nāma amhākaṃ udositaṃ acchindāpessantī’’ti! Thullanandā bhikkhunī mahāmattānaṃ etamatthaṃ ārocesi. Mahāmattā taṃ purisaṃ daṇḍāpesuṃ. Atha kho so puriso daṇḍito bhikkhunūpassayassa avidūre ājīvakaseyyaṃ kārāpetvā ājīvake uyyojesi – ‘‘etā bhikkhuniyo accāvadathā’’ti.

Thullanandā bhikkhunī mahāmattānaṃ etamatthaṃ ārocesi. Mahāmattā taṃ purisaṃ bandhāpesuṃ. Manussā ujjhāyanti khiyyanti vipācenti – ‘‘paṭhamaṃ bhikkhuniyo udositaṃ acchindāpesuṃ, dutiyaṃ daṇḍāpesuṃ, tatiyaṃ bandhāpesuṃ. Idāni ghātāpessantī’’ti! Assosuṃ kho bhikkhuniyo tesaṃ manussānaṃ ujjhāyantānaṃ khiyyantānaṃ vipācentānaṃ. Yā tā bhikkhuniyo appicchā…pe… tā ujjhāyanti khiyyanti vipācenti – ‘‘kathañhi nāma ayyā thullanandā ussayavādikā viharissatī’’ti! Atha kho tā bhikkhuniyo bhikkhūnaṃ etamatthaṃ ārocesuṃ…pe… saccaṃ kira, bhikkhave, thullanandā bhikkhunī ussayavādikā viharatīti. ‘‘Saccaṃ, bhagavā’’ti. Vigarahi buddho bhagavā…pe… kathañhi nāma, bhikkhave, thullanandā bhikkhunī ussayavādikā viharissati! Netaṃ, bhikkhave, appasannānaṃ vā pasādāya…pe… evañca pana, bhikkhave, bhikkhuniyo imaṃ sikkhāpadaṃ uddisantu –

679.‘‘Yā pana bhikkhunī ussayavādikā vihareyya gahapatinā vā gahapatiputtena vā dāsena vā kammakārena [kammakarena (sī. syā.)] vā antamaso samaṇaparibbājakenāpi, ayaṃ bhikkhunī paṭhamāpattikaṃ dhammaṃ āpannā nissāraṇīyaṃ saṅghādisesa’’nti.



僧残篇（比丘尼分别）
第一僧残学处
这些尊者们,十七条僧残法来诵。
当时,佛陀世尊住在舍卫城(现今印度北方邦斯拉瓦斯蒂)祇树给孤独园。那时,有一位优婆塞给比丘尼僧团捐赠了一间仓库,后来去世了。他有两个儿子 - 一个不信不敬,一个有信有敬。他们分配父亲的遗产。那时,那个不信不敬的对那个有信有敬的说:"那仓库是我们的,我们来分吧。"这样说时,那个有信有敬的对那个不信不敬的说:"先生,不要这么说。那是我们父亲给比丘尼僧团的。"第二次,那个不信不敬的又对那个有信有敬的说:"那仓库是我们的,我们来分吧。"那时,那个有信有敬的又对那个不信不敬的说:"先生,不要这么说。那是我们父亲给比丘尼僧团的。"第三次,那个不信不敬的又对那个有信有敬的说:"那仓库是我们的,我们来分吧。"那时,那个有信有敬的心想:"如果归我所有,我也会给比丘尼僧团的",就对那个不信不敬的说:"我们来分吧。"于是那仓库被他们分配时,归那个不信不敬的所有。那时,那个不信不敬的走近比丘尼们说:"尊者们,请离开,这仓库是我们的。"
这样说时,偷兰难陀比丘尼对那个人说:"先生,不要这么说,那是你们父亲给比丘尼僧团的。"他们就"给了还是没给"的问题询问法官大臣们。大臣们这样说:"尊者,谁知道是给了比丘尼僧团呢?"这样说时,偷兰难陀比丘尼对那些大臣们说:"先生们,你们有没有见过或听说过,在布施时不立证人的?"那时,那些大臣们说:"尊者说得对",就把那仓库判给了比丘尼僧团。那时,那个失败的人抱怨、批评、散布说:"这些剃头的女人不是沙门,是妓女。她们怎么能夺走我们的仓库呢!"偷兰难陀比丘尼把这件事告诉了大臣们。大臣们惩罚了那个人。那时,那个被惩罚的人在比丘尼寺院附近建了一个阿耆维迦修行者的住处,唆使阿耆维迦修行者们说:"你们去辱骂那些比丘尼。"
偷兰难陀比丘尼把这件事告诉了大臣们。大臣们把那个人关押了。人们抱怨、批评、散布说:"第一次比丘尼们夺走了仓库,第二次让人受惩罚,第三次让人被关押。现在她们会让人被杀死!"比丘尼们听到那些人抱怨、批评、散布的话。那些少欲的比丘尼们...抱怨、批评、散布说:"为什么偷兰难陀尊者要住在诉讼中呢?"那时,那些比丘尼们把这件事告诉了比丘们...佛陀世尊问:"比丘们,偷兰难陀比丘尼真的住在诉讼中吗?""是的,世尊。"佛陀世尊呵责说...:"比丘们,为什么偷兰难陀比丘尼要住在诉讼中呢?比丘们,这不能令不信者生信...",于是,比丘们,比丘尼们应当诵此学处 -
679."若比丘尼住在诉讼中,与居士或居士子或奴仆或工人,乃至沙门游行者,此比丘尼犯初次即成的应驱摈僧残法。"

680.Yā panāti yā yādisā…pe… bhikkhunīti…pe… ayaṃ imasmiṃ atthe adhippetā bhikkhunīti.

Ussayavādikā nāma aḍḍakārikā vuccati.

Gahapati nāma yo koci agāraṃ ajjhāvasati.

Gahapatiputto nāma ye keci puttabhātaro.

Dāso nāma antojāto dhanakkīto karamarānīto .

Kammakāro nāma bhaṭako āhatako.

Samaṇaparibbājako nāma bhikkhuñca bhikkhuniñca sikkhamānañca sāmaṇerañca sāmaṇeriñca ṭhapetvā yo koci paribbājakasamāpanno.

Aḍḍaṃ karissāmīti dutiyaṃ vā pariyesati gacchati vā, āpatti dukkaṭassa. Ekassa āroceti, āpatti dukkaṭassa. Dutiyassa āroceti, āpatti thullaccayassa. Aḍḍapariyosāne āpatti saṅghādisesassa.

Paṭhamāpattikanti saha vatthujjhācārā āpajjati asamanubhāsanāya.

Nissāraṇīyanti saṅghamhā nissārīyati.

Saṅghādisesanti saṅghova tassā āpattiyā mānattaṃ deti mūlāya paṭikassati abbheti, na sambahulā na ekā bhikkhunī. Tena vuccati ‘‘saṅghādiseso’’ti. Tasseva āpattinikāyassa nāmakammaṃ adhivacanaṃ. Tenapi vuccati ‘‘saṅghādiseso’’ti.

681. Anāpatti manussehi ākaḍḍhīyamānā gacchati, ārakkhaṃ yācati, anodissa ācikkhati, ummattikāya…pe… ādikammikāyāti.

Paṭhamasaṅghādisesasikkhāpadaṃ niṭṭhitaṃ.

2. Dutiyasaṅghādisesasikkhāpadaṃ

682. Tena samayena buddho bhagavā sāvatthiyaṃ viharati jetavane anāthapiṇḍikassa ārāme. Tena kho pana samayena vesāliyaṃ aññatarassa licchavissa pajāpati aticārinī hoti. Atha kho so licchavi taṃ itthiṃ etadavoca – ‘‘sādhu viramāhi, anatthaṃ kho te karissāmī’’ti. Evampi sā vuccamānā nādiyi. Tena kho pana samayena vesāliyaṃ licchavigaṇo sannipatito hoti kenacideva karaṇīyena. Atha kho so licchavi te licchavayo etadavoca – ‘‘ekaṃ me, ayyo , itthiṃ anujānāthā’’ti. ‘‘Kā nāma sā’’ti? ‘‘Mayhaṃ pajāpati aticarati, taṃ ghātessāmī’’ti. ‘‘Jānāhī’’ti. Assosi kho sā itthī – ‘‘sāmiko kira maṃ ghātetukāmo’’ti. Varabhaṇḍaṃ ādāya sāvatthiṃ gantvā titthiye upasaṅkamitvā pabbajjaṃ yāci. Titthiyā na icchiṃsu pabbājetuṃ. Bhikkhuniyo upasaṅkamitvā pabbajjaṃ yāci. Bhikkhuniyopi na icchiṃsu pabbājetuṃ. Thullanandaṃ bhikkhuniṃ upasaṅkamitvā bhaṇḍakaṃ dassetvā pabbajjaṃ yāci. Thullanandā bhikkhunī bhaṇḍakaṃ gahetvā pabbājesi.

Atha kho so licchavi taṃ itthiṃ gavesanto sāvatthiṃ gantvā bhikkhunīsu pabbajitaṃ disvāna yena rājā pasenadi kosalo tenupasaṅkami; upasaṅkamitvā rājānaṃ pasenadiṃ kosalaṃ etadavoca – ‘‘pajāpati me, deva, varabhaṇḍaṃ ādāya sāvatthiṃ anuppattā. Taṃ devo anujānātū’’ti. ‘‘Tena hi, bhaṇe, vicinitvā ācikkhā’’ti. ‘‘Diṭṭhā, deva, bhikkhunīsu pabbajitā’’ti. ‘‘Sace, bhaṇe, bhikkhunīsu pabbajitā, na sā labbhā kiñci kātuṃ. Svākkhāto bhagavatā dhammo, caratu brahmacariyaṃ sammā dukkhassa antakiriyāyā’’ti. Atha kho so licchavi ujjhāyati khiyyati vipāceti – ‘‘kathañhi nāma bhikkhuniyo coriṃ pabbājessantī’’ti! Assosuṃ kho bhikkhuniyo tassa licchavissa ujjhāyantassa khiyyantassa vipācentassa. Yā tā bhikkhuniyo appicchā…pe… tā ujjhāyanti khiyyanti vipācenti – ‘‘kathañhi nāma ayyā thullanandā coriṃ pabbājessatī’’ti! Atha kho tā bhikkhuniyo bhikkhūnaṃ etamatthaṃ ārocesuṃ…pe… saccaṃ kira, bhikkhave, thullanandā bhikkhunī coriṃ pabbājetīti [pabbājesīti (ka.)]? ‘‘Saccaṃ, bhagavā’’ti. Vigarahi buddho bhagavā…pe… kathañhi nāma, bhikkhave, thullanandā bhikkhunī coriṃ pabbājessati! Netaṃ, bhikkhave, appasannānaṃ vā pasādāya…pe… evañca pana, bhikkhave, bhikkhuniyo imaṃ sikkhāpadaṃ uddisantu –

683.‘‘Yāpana bhikkhunī jānaṃ coriṃ vajjhaṃ viditaṃ anapaloketvā rājānaṃ vā saṅghaṃ vā gaṇaṃ vā pūgaṃ vā seṇiṃ vā aññatra kappā vuṭṭhāpeyya, ayampi bhikkhunī paṭhamāpattikaṃ dhammaṃ āpannā nissāraṇīyaṃ saṅghādisesa’’nti.



"若比丘尼"意为无论什么样的...比丘尼...在此处所指的比丘尼。
"住在诉讼中"是指从事诉讼。
"居士"是指任何住在家中的人。
"居士子"是指任何儿子或兄弟。
"奴仆"是指家生的、买来的、俘虏的。
"工人"是指雇工、日工。
"沙门游行者"是指除了比丘、比丘尼、式叉摩那、沙弥、沙弥尼之外的任何出家人。
若想"我要打官司",寻找第二个人或去,犯恶作。告诉一个人,犯恶作。告诉第二个人,犯粗恶。诉讼结束时,犯僧残。
"初次即成"意为一犯即成,无需劝谏。
"应驱摈"意为应从僧团中驱逐。
"僧残"意为只有僧团才能给予此罪的摩那埵、退回本分、出罪,不是多数比丘尼,也不是一位比丘尼。因此称为"僧残"。这也是该罪类的名称和代称。因此也称为"僧残"。
无罪的情况:被人拉着走,请求保护,不指名地说,癫狂者...最初犯者。
第一僧残学处结束。
第二僧残学处
当时,佛陀世尊住在舍卫城(现今印度北方邦斯拉瓦斯蒂)祇树给孤独园。那时,在毗舍离(现今印度比哈尔邦)有一个离车族人的妻子行为不端。那个离车族人对那个女人说:"请停止吧,否则我会伤害你。"即使这样说,她也不听。那时,在毗舍离,离车族人集会,有某件事要处理。那时,那个离车族人对那些离车族人说:"先生们,请允许我处置一个女人。""是谁?""我的妻子行为不端,我要杀了她。""你自己看着办吧。"那个女人听说:"丈夫想杀我。"她带着贵重物品去舍卫城,走近外道出家人请求出家。外道出家人不愿意让她出家。她走近比丘尼请求出家。比丘尼们也不愿意让她出家。她走近偷兰难陀比丘尼,展示财物请求出家。偷兰难陀比丘尼收下财物后让她出家。
那时,那个离车族人寻找那个女人,来到舍卫城,看到她在比丘尼中出家,就走近憍萨罗国(现今印度北方邦)波斯匿王;走近后对波斯匿王说:"陛下,我的妻子带着贵重物品来到舍卫城。请陛下允许我处置她。""那么,先生,找到后告诉我。""陛下,已经看到她在比丘尼中出家了。""先生,如果她在比丘尼中出家,就不能对她做什么。世尊善说法,让她为了正确地灭苦而修梵行吧。"那时,那个离车族人抱怨、批评、散布说:"为什么比丘尼们会让一个女盗贼出家呢!"比丘尼们听到那个离车族人抱怨、批评、散布的话。那些少欲的比丘尼们...抱怨、批评、散布说:"为什么偷兰难陀尊者要让一个女盗贼出家呢!"那时,那些比丘尼们把这件事告诉了比丘们...佛陀世尊问:"比丘们,偷兰难陀比丘尼真的让一个女盗贼出家吗?""是的,世尊。"佛陀世尊呵责说...:"比丘们,为什么偷兰难陀比丘尼要让一个女盗贼出家呢?比丘们,这不能令不信者生信...",于是,比丘们,比丘尼们应当诵此学处 -
683."若比丘尼明知是女盗贼,应受死刑,未经国王或僧团或团体或协会或公会允许,除了合法的情况外,让她出家,此比丘尼也犯初次即成的应驱摈僧残法。"

684.Yā panāti yā yādisā…pe… bhikkhunīti…pe… ayaṃ imasmiṃ atthe adhippetā bhikkhunīti.

Jānāti nāma sāmaṃ vā jānāti aññe vā tassā ārocenti, sā vā āroceti.

Corī nāma yā pañcamāsakaṃ vā atirekapañcamāsakaṃ vā agghanakaṃ adinnaṃ theyyasaṅkhātaṃ ādiyati, esā corī nāma.

Vajjhā nāma yaṃ katvā vajjhappattā hoti.

Viditā nāma aññehi manussehi ñātā hoti ‘‘vajjhā esā’’ti.

Anapaloketvāti anāpucchā.

Rājā nāma yattha rājā anusāsati, rājā apaloketabbo.

Saṅgho nāma bhikkhunisaṅgho vuccati, bhikkhunisaṅgho apaloketabbo.

Gaṇo nāma yattha gaṇo anusāsati, gaṇo apaloketabbo.

Pūgo nāma yattha pūgo anusāsati, pūgo apaloketabbo.

Seṇi nāma yattha seṇi anusāsati, seṇi apaloketabbo.

Aññatrakappāti ṭhapetvā kappaṃ. Kappaṃ nāma dve kappāni – titthiyesu vā pabbajitā hoti aññāsu vā bhikkhunīsu pabbajitā. Aññatra kappā ‘‘vuṭṭhāpessāmī’’ti gaṇaṃ vā ācariniṃ vā pattaṃ vā cīvaraṃ vā pariyesati, sīmaṃ vā sammannati, āpatti dukkaṭassa. Ñattiyā dukkaṭaṃ. Dvīhi kammavācāhi thullaccayā. Kammavācāpariyosāne upajjhāyāya āpatti saṅghādisesassa. Gaṇassa ca ācariniyā ca āpatti dukkaṭassa.

Ayampīti purimaṃ upādāya vuccati.

Paṭhamāpattikanti saha vatthujjhācārā āpajjati asamanubhāsanāya.

Nissāraṇīyanti saṅghamhā nissārīyati.

Saṅghādisesanti…pe… tenapi vuccati saṅghādisesoti.

685. Coriyā corisaññā aññatra kappā vuṭṭhāpeti, āpatti saṅghādisesassa. Coriyā vematikā aññatra kappā vuṭṭhāpeti, āpatti dukkaṭassa. Coriyā acorisaññā aññatra kappā vuṭṭhāpeti, anāpatti. Acoriyā corisaññā, āpatti dukkaṭassa. Acoriyā vematikā, āpatti dukkaṭassa. Acoriyā acorisaññā, anāpatti.

686. Anāpatti ajānantī vuṭṭhāpeti, apaloketvā vuṭṭhāpeti, kappakataṃ vuṭṭhāpeti, ummattikāya, ādikammikāyāti.

Dutiyasaṅghādisesasikkhāpadaṃ niṭṭhitaṃ.

3. Tatiyasaṅghādisesasikkhāpadaṃ

687. Tena samayena buddho bhagavā sāvatthiyaṃ viharati jetavane anāthapiṇḍikassa ārāme. Tena kho pana samayena bhaddāya kāpilāniyā antevāsinī bhikkhunī bhikkhunīhi saddhiṃ bhaṇḍitvā gāmakaṃ [gāmake (syā.)] ñātikulaṃ agamāsi. Bhaddā kāpilānī taṃ bhikkhuniṃ apassantī bhikkhuniyo pucchi – ‘‘kahaṃ itthannāmā, na dissatī’’ti! ‘‘Bhikkhunīhi saddhiṃ, ayye, bhaṇḍitvā na dissatī’’ti. ‘‘Ammā, amukasmiṃ gāmake etissā ñātikulaṃ. Tattha gantvā vicinathā’’ti. Bhikkhuniyo tattha gantvā taṃ bhikkhuniṃ passitvā etadavocuṃ – ‘‘kissa tvaṃ, ayye , ekikā āgatā, kaccisi appadhaṃsitā’’ti? ‘‘Appadhaṃsitāmhi, ayye’’ti. Yā tā bhikkhuniyo appicchā…pe… tā ujjhāyanti khiyyanti vipācenti – ‘‘kathañhi nāma bhikkhunī ekā gāmantaraṃ gacchissatī’’ti…pe… saccaṃ kira, bhikkhave, bhikkhunī ekā gāmantaraṃ gacchatīti? ‘‘Saccaṃ, bhagavā’’ti. Vigarahi buddho bhagavā…pe… kathañhi nāma, bhikkhave , bhikkhunī ekā gāmantaraṃ gacchissati! Netaṃ, bhikkhave, appasannānaṃ vā pasādāya…pe… evañca pana, bhikkhave, bhikkhuniyo imaṃ sikkhāpadaṃ uddisantu –

‘‘Yā pana bhikkhunī ekā gāmantaraṃ gaccheyya, ayampi bhikkhunī paṭhamāpattikaṃ dhammaṃ āpannā nissāraṇīyaṃ saṅghādisesa’’nti.

Evañcidaṃ bhagavatā bhikkhunīnaṃ sikkhāpadaṃ paññattaṃ hoti.

"女盗贼"是指偷取价值五摩沙迦或超过五摩沙迦的未给予之物,这样的人称为女盗贼。

"未经允许"是指未经询问。
"国王"是指在国王统治的地方,应询问国王。
"僧团"是指比丘尼僧团,应询问比丘尼僧团。
"团体"是指在团体统治的地方,应询问团体。
"协会"是指在协会统治的地方,应询问协会。
"公会"是指在公会统治的地方,应询问公会。
"除了合法的情况外"是指除去合法的情况。"合法"是指两种合法:在外道中出家或在其他比丘尼中出家。除了合法的情况外,"我要让她出家"而寻找僧团或戒师或钵或衣,或划定界,犯恶作。白羯磨时,犯恶作。两次羯磨时,犯粗恶。羯磨结束时,和尚尼犯僧残。僧团和戒师犯恶作。
"也"是指连及前面的情况。
"初次即成"意为一犯即成,无需劝谏。
"应驱摈"意为应从僧团中驱逐。
"僧残"意为...因此也称为僧残。
对女盗贼认为是女盗贼,除了合法的情况外让她出家,犯僧残。对女盗贼有疑虑,除了合法的情况外让她出家,犯恶作。对女盗贼认为不是女盗贼,除了合法的情况外让她出家,无罪。对非女盗贼认为是女盗贼,犯恶作。对非女盗贼有疑虑,犯恶作。对非女盗贼认为不是女盗贼,无罪。
无罪的情况:不知道而让她出家,经允许而让她出家,让合法的人出家,癫狂者,最初犯者。
第二僧残学处结束。
第三僧残学处

688. Tena kho pana samayena dve bhikkhuniyo sāketā sāvatthiṃ addhānamaggappaṭipannā honti. Antarāmagge nadī taritabbā hoti. Atha kho tā bhikkhuniyo nāvike upasaṅkamitvā etadavocuṃ – ‘‘sādhu no, āvuso, tārethā’’ti. ‘‘Nāyye, sakkā ubho sakiṃ tāretu’’nti. Eko ekaṃ uttāresi. Uttiṇṇo uttiṇṇaṃ dūsesi. Anuttiṇṇo anuttiṇṇaṃ dūsesi. Tā pacchā samāgantvā pucchiṃsu – ‘‘kaccisi, ayye, appadhaṃsitā’’ti? ‘‘Padhaṃsitāmhi, ayye! Tvaṃ pana, ayye, appadhaṃsitā’’ti? ‘‘Padhaṃsitāmhi, ayye’’ti. ‘‘Yā pana bhikkhunī ekā vā gāmantaraṃ gaccheyya, ekā vā nadīpāraṃ gaccheyya, ayampi bhikkhunī paṭhamāpattikaṃ dhammaṃ āpannā nissāraṇīyaṃ saṅghādisesa’’nti.

Evañcidaṃ bhagavatā bhikkhunīnaṃ sikkhāpadaṃ paññattaṃ hoti.

689. Tena kho pana samayena sambahulā bhikkhuniyo kosalesu janapade sāvatthiṃ gacchantā [gantvā (ka.)] sāyaṃ aññataraṃ gāmaṃ upagacchiṃsu. Tattha aññatarā bhikkhunī abhirūpā hoti dassanīyā pāsādikā. Aññataro puriso tassā bhikkhuniyā saha dassanena paṭibaddhacitto hoti. Atha kho so puriso tāsaṃ bhikkhunīnaṃ seyyaṃ paññapento tassā bhikkhuniyā seyyaṃ ekamantaṃ paññāpesi. Atha kho sā bhikkhunī sallakkhetvā – ‘‘pariyuṭṭhito ayaṃ puriso; sace rattiṃ āgacchissati, vissaro me bhavissatī’’ti, bhikkhuniyo anāpucchā aññataraṃ kulaṃ gantvā seyyaṃ kappesi. Atha kho so puriso rattiṃ āgantvā taṃ bhikkhuniṃ gavesanto bhikkhuniyo ghaṭṭesi. Bhikkhuniyo taṃ bhikkhuniṃ apassantiyo evamāhaṃsu – ‘‘nissaṃsayaṃ kho sā bhikkhunī purisena saddhiṃ nikkhantā’’ti.

Atha kho sā bhikkhunī tassā rattiyā accayena yena tā bhikkhuniyo tenupasaṅkami. Bhikkhuniyo taṃ bhikkhuniṃ etadavocuṃ – ‘‘kissa tvaṃ, ayye, purisena saddhiṃ nikkhantā’’ti? ‘‘Nāhaṃ, ayye, purisena saddhiṃ nikkhantā’’ti. Bhikkhunīnaṃ etamatthaṃ ārocesi. Yā tā bhikkhuniyo appicchā…pe… tā ujjhāyanti khiyyanti vipācenti – ‘‘kathañhi nāma bhikkhunī ekā rattiṃ vippavasissatī’’ti…pe… saccaṃ kira, bhikkhave, bhikkhunī ekā rattiṃ vippavasīti [vippavasīti (ka.)]? ‘‘Saccaṃ, bhagavā’’ti. 当时,有两位比丘尼从娑鸡多(现今印度北方邦阿约提亚)前往舍卫城(现今印度北方邦斯拉瓦斯蒂)。途中要渡过一条河。那时,那两位比丘尼走近船夫说:"朋友,请渡我们过河。"(船夫回答:)"尊者们,不能同时渡两位。"一个人渡一位过河。已渡过的侵犯已渡过的,未渡过的侵犯未渡过的。她们后来会合时互相询问:"尊者,你没有被侵犯吧?""尊者,我被侵犯了!你呢,尊者,没有被侵犯吧?""尊者,我被侵犯了。"那时,那些比丘尼到了舍卫城,把这件事告诉了其他比丘尼。那些少欲的比丘尼们...抱怨、批评、散布说:"为什么比丘尼要独自渡河呢!"那时,那些比丘尼把这件事告诉了比丘们。比丘们把这件事告诉了世尊...佛陀世尊问:"比丘们,比丘尼真的独自渡河吗?""是的,世尊。"佛陀世尊呵责说...:"比丘们,为什么比丘尼要独自渡河呢?比丘们,这不能令不信者生信...",于是,比丘们,比丘尼们应当诵此学处 -
"若比丘尼或独自去另一个村庄,或独自渡河,此比丘尼也犯初次即成的应驱摈僧残法。"
这就是世尊为比丘尼们制定的学处。
当时,许多比丘尼从憍萨罗国(现今印度北方邦和中央邦北部)前往舍卫城,傍晚到达一个村庄。其中一位比丘尼长得漂亮,容貌端正。一个男子一见到那位比丘尼就心生爱慕。那时,那个男子为那些比丘尼安排床铺时,把那位比丘尼的床铺安排在一边。那时,那位比丘尼察觉到:"这个男子已经被欲望迷惑了;如果他晚上来,我会出丑的",于是未告知其他比丘尼就去了另一家,在那里过夜。那时,那个男子晚上来寻找那位比丘尼,碰到了其他比丘尼。比丘尼们看不到那位比丘尼,就说:"毫无疑问,那位比丘尼已经和那个男子一起离开了。"
那时,那位比丘尼在那夜过后走近那些比丘尼。比丘尼们对那位比丘尼说:"尊者,你为什么和那个男子一起离开?"(她回答:)"尊者们,我没有和男子一起离开。"她把事情的经过告诉了比丘尼们。那些少欲的比丘尼们...抱怨、批评、散布说:"为什么比丘尼要独自在外过夜呢?"...佛陀世尊问:"比丘们,比丘尼真的独自在外过夜吗?""是的,世尊。"佛陀世尊呵责说...:"比丘们,为什么比丘尼要独自在外过夜呢?比丘们,这不能令不信者生信...",于是,比丘们,比丘尼们应当诵此学处 -
"若比丘尼或独自去另一个村庄,或独自渡河,或独自在外过夜,此比丘尼也犯初次即成的应驱摈僧残法。"
这就是世尊为比丘尼们制定的学处。

691.‘‘Yāpana bhikkhunī ekā vā gāmantaraṃ gaccheyya, ekā vā nadīpāraṃ gaccheyya, ekā vā rattiṃ vippavaseyya, ekā vā gaṇamhā ohīyeyya, ayampi bhikkhunī paṭhamāpattikaṃ dhammaṃ āpannā nissāraṇīyaṃ saṅghādisesa’’nti.

692.Yā panāti yā yādisā…pe… bhikkhunīti…pe… ayaṃ imasmiṃ atthe adhippetā bhikkhunīti.

Ekā vā gāmantaraṃ gaccheyyāti parikkhittassa gāmassa parikkhepaṃ paṭhamaṃ pādaṃ atikkāmentiyā āpatti thullaccayassa, dutiyaṃ pādaṃ atikkāmentiyā āpatti saṅghādisesassa.

Aparikkhittassa gāmassa upacāraṃ paṭhamaṃ pādaṃ atikkāmentiyā āpatti thullaccayassa. Dutiyaṃ pādaṃ atikkāmentiyā āpatti saṅghādisesassa.

Ekā vā nadīpāraṃ gaccheyyāti nadī nāma timaṇḍalaṃ paṭicchādetvā yattha katthaci uttarantiyā bhikkhuniyā antaravāsako temiyati. Paṭhamaṃ pādaṃ uttarantiyā āpatti thullaccayassa. Dutiyaṃ pādaṃ uttarantiyā āpatti saṅghādisesassa.

Ekā vā rattiṃ vippavaseyyāti saha aruṇuggamanā dutiyikāya bhikkhuniyā hatthapāsaṃ vijahantiyā āpatti thullaccayassa. Vijahite āpatti saṅghādisesassa.

Ekā vā gaṇamhā ohīyeyyāti agāmake araññe dutiyikāya bhikkhuniyā dassanūpacāraṃ vā savanūpacāraṃ vā vijahantiyā āpatti thullaccayassa. Vijahite āpatti saṅghādisesassa.

Ayampīti purimāyo upādāya vuccati.

Paṭhamāpattikanti saha vatthujjhācārā āpajjati asamanubhāsanāya.

Nissāraṇīyanti saṅghamhā nissārīyati.

Saṅghādisesoti…pe… tenapi vuccati saṅghādisesoti.

693. Anāpatti dutiyikā bhikkhunī pakkantā vā hoti vibbhantā vā kālaṅkatā vā pakkhasaṅkantā vā, āpadāsu, ummattikāya, ādikammikāyāti.

Tatiyasaṅghādisesasikkhāpadaṃ niṭṭhitaṃ.

4. Catutthasaṅghādisesasikkhāpadaṃ



"若比丘尼或独自去另一个村庄,或独自渡河,或独自在外过夜,或独自离开僧团,此比丘尼也犯初次即成的应驱摈僧残法。"
"若比丘尼"意为无论什么样的...比丘尼...在此处所指的比丘尼。
"独自去另一个村庄"是指:对于有围墙的村庄,跨出第一步越过围墙时,犯粗恶;跨出第二步时,犯僧残。
对于没有围墙的村庄,跨出第一步越过村界时,犯粗恶;跨出第二步时,犯僧残。
"独自渡河"是指:河指能遮盖三轮(脐和两膝)的水,比丘尼在任何地方渡河时下衣会湿。跨出第一步渡河时,犯粗恶;跨出第二步时,犯僧残。
"独自在外过夜"是指:日出时离开另一位比丘尼的伸手可及之处时,犯粗恶;离开后,犯僧残。
"独自离开僧团"是指:在非村庄的林野中,离开另一位比丘尼的视线范围或听力范围时,犯粗恶;离开后,犯僧残。
"也"是指连及前面的情况。
"初次即成"意为一犯即成,无需劝谏。
"应驱摈"意为应从僧团中驱逐。
"僧残"意为...因此也称为僧残。
无罪的情况:另一位比丘尼离开了,还俗了,死了,改变宗派了;在危难时;癫狂者;最初犯者。
第三僧残学处结束。

694. Tena samayena buddho bhagavā sāvatthiyaṃ viharati jetavane anāthapiṇḍikassa ārāme. Tena kho pana samayena caṇḍakāḷī bhikkhunī bhaṇḍanakārikā hoti kalahakārikā vivādakārikā bhassakārikā saṅghe adhikaraṇakārikā. Thullanandā bhikkhunī tassā kamme karīyamāne paṭikkosati. Tena kho pana samayena thullanandā bhikkhunī gāmakaṃ agamāsi kenacideva karaṇīyena. Atha kho bhikkhunisaṅgho – ‘‘thullanandā bhikkhunī pakkantā’’ti , caṇḍakāḷiṃ bhikkhuniṃ āpattiyā adassane [adassanena (ka.)] ukkhipi. Thullanandā bhikkhunī gāmake taṃ karaṇīyaṃ tīretvā punadeva sāvatthiṃ paccāgacchi. Caṇḍakāḷī bhikkhunī thullanandāya bhikkhuniyā āgacchantiyā neva āsanaṃ paññapesi na pādodakaṃ pādapīṭhaṃ pādakaṭhalikaṃ upanikkhipi na paccuggantvā pattacīvaraṃ paṭiggahesi na pānīyena āpucchi. Thullanandā bhikkhunī caṇḍakāḷiṃ bhikkhuniṃ etadavoca – ‘‘kissa tvaṃ, ayye, mayi āgacchantiyā neva āsanaṃ paññapesi na pādodakaṃ pādapīṭhaṃ pādakaṭhalikaṃ upanikkhipi na paccuggantvā pattacīvaraṃ paṭiggahesi na pānīyena āpucchī’’ti? ‘‘Evañhetaṃ, ayye, hoti yathā taṃ anāthāyā’’ti. ‘‘Kissa pana tvaṃ, ayye, anāthā’’ti? ‘‘Imā maṃ, ayye, bhikkhuniyo – ‘‘ayaṃ anāthā appaññātā, natthi imissā kāci paṭivattā’’ti, āpattiyā adassane [adassanena (ka.)] ukkhipiṃsū’’ti.

Thullanandā bhikkhunī – ‘‘bālā etā abyattā etā, neva jānanti kammaṃ vā kammadosaṃ vā kammavipattiṃ vā kammasampattiṃ vā. Mayaṃ kho jānāma kammampi kammadosampi kammavipattimpi kammasampattimpi. Mayaṃ kho akataṃ vā kammaṃ kāreyyāma kataṃ vā kammaṃ kopeyyāmā’’ti, lahuṃ lahuṃ bhikkhunisaṅghaṃ sannipātetvā caṇḍakāḷiṃ bhikkhuniṃ osāresi. Yā tā bhikkhuniyo appicchā…pe… tā ujjhāyanti khiyyanti vipācenti – ‘‘kathañhi nāma ayyā thullanandā samaggena saṅghena ukkhittaṃ bhikkhuniṃ dhammena vinayena satthusāsanena anapaloketvā kārakasaṅghaṃ anaññāya gaṇassa chandaṃ osāressatī’’ti…pe… saccaṃ kira, bhikkhave, thullanandā bhikkhunī samaggena saṅghena ukkhittaṃ bhikkhuniṃ dhammena vinayena satthusāsanena anapaloketvā kārakasaṅghaṃ anaññāya gaṇassa chandaṃ osāretīti [osāresīti (ka.)]? ‘‘Saccaṃ , bhagavā’’ti. 695.‘‘Yā pana bhikkhunī samaggena saṅghena ukkhittaṃ bhikkhuniṃ dhammena vinayena satthusāsanena anapaloketvā kārakasaṅghaṃ anaññāya gaṇassa chandaṃ osāreyya, ayampi bhikkhunī paṭhamāpattikaṃ dhammaṃ āpannā nissāraṇīyaṃ saṅghādisesa’’nti.

696.Yā panāti yā yādisā…pe… bhikkhunīti…pe… ayaṃ imasmiṃ atthe adhippetā bhikkhunīti.

Samaggo nāma saṅgho samānasaṃvāsako samānasīmāyaṃ ṭhito.

Ukkhittā nāma āpattiyā adassane vā appaṭikamme vā appaṭinissagge vā [adassanena vā appaṭikammena vā appaṭinissaggena vā (ka.), adassane vā appaṭikamme vā pāpikāya diṭṭhiyā appaṭinissagge vā (?)] ukkhittā.

Dhammena vinayenāti yena dhammena yena vinayena.

Satthusāsanenāti jinasāsanena buddhasāsanena.

Anapaloketvākārakasaṅghanti kammakārakasaṅghaṃ anāpucchā.

Anaññāya gaṇassa chandanti gaṇassa chandaṃ ajānitvā.

‘‘Osāressāmī’’ti gaṇaṃ vā pariyesati, sīmaṃ vā sammannati , āpatti dukkaṭassa. Ñattiyā dukkaṭaṃ, dvīhi kammavācāhi thullaccayā, kammavācāpariyosāne āpatti saṅghādisesassa.

Ayampīti purimāyo upādāya vuccati.

Paṭhamāpattikanti saha vatthujjhācārā āpajjati asamanubhāsanāya.

当时,佛陀世尊住在舍卫城(现今印度北方邦斯拉瓦斯蒂)祇树给孤独园。那时,旃荼迦利比丘尼是个好争吵、好斗争、好争论、好说闲话、在僧团中制造纷争的人。当对她进行羯磨时,偷兰难陀比丘尼反对。那时,偷兰难陀比丘尼因某事去了一个村庄。于是比丘尼僧团说:"偷兰难陀比丘尼离开了",就因不见罪而举罪旃荼迦利比丘尼。偷兰难陀比丘尼在村庄办完事后又回到舍卫城。旃荼迦利比丘尼在偷兰难陀比丘尼回来时既不准备座位,也不准备洗脚水、脚凳、脚擦,也不出迎接受钵衣,也不问候饮水。偷兰难陀比丘尼对旃荼迦利比丘尼说:"尊者,我回来时,你为什么既不准备座位,也不准备洗脚水、脚凳、脚擦,也不出迎接受钵衣,也不问候饮水呢?""尊者,这就是无依无靠的人的遭遇。""尊者,你为什么无依无靠呢?""尊者,这些比丘尼说:'这个人无依无靠,默默无闻,没有人为她说话',就因不见罪而举罪我。"
偷兰难陀比丘尼说:"这些人愚蠢无知,既不懂羯磨,也不懂羯磨的过失、羯磨的无效、羯磨的有效。我们懂羯磨,也懂羯磨的过失、羯磨的无效、羯磨的有效。我们能让未做的羯磨做,能让已做的羯磨无效。"她迅速召集比丘尼僧团,让旃荼迦利比丘尼复权。那些少欲的比丘尼们...抱怨、批评、散布说:"为什么偷兰难陀尊者要在未告知执行羯磨的僧团、未知团体的意愿的情况下,让被和合僧团依法、依律、依师教举罪的比丘尼复权呢?"...佛陀世尊问:"比丘们,偷兰难陀比丘尼真的在未告知执行羯磨的僧团、未知团体的意愿的情况下,让被和合僧团依法、依律、依师教举罪的比丘尼复权吗?""是的,世尊。"佛陀世尊呵责说...:"比丘们,为什么偷兰难陀比丘尼要在未告知执行羯磨的僧团、未知团体的意愿的情况下,让被和合僧团依法、依律、依师教举罪的比丘尼复权呢?比丘们,这不能令不信者生信...",于是,比丘们,比丘尼们应当诵此学处 -
"若比丘尼在未告知执行羯磨的僧团、未知团体的意愿的情况下,让被和合僧团依法、依律、依师教举罪的比丘尼复权,此比丘尼也犯初次即成的应驱摈僧残法。"

701.Yā panāti yā yādisā…pe… bhikkhunīti…pe… ayaṃ imasmiṃ atthe adhippetā bhikkhunīti.

Purisapuggalo nāma manussapuriso, na yakkho na peto na tiracchānagato, viññū paṭibalo sārajjituṃ.

Khādanīyaṃ nāma pañca bhojanāni – udakadantaponaṃ ṭhapetvā avasesaṃ khādanīyaṃ nāma.

Bhojanīyaṃ nāma pañca bhojanāni – odano, kummāso, sattu, maccho, maṃsaṃ.

‘‘Khādissāmi bhuñjissāmī’’ti paṭiggaṇhāti, āpatti thullaccayassa. Ajjhohāre ajjhohāre āpatti saṅghādisesassa.

Ayampīti purimāyo upādāya vuccati.

当时,佛陀世尊住在舍卫城(现今印度北方邦斯拉瓦斯蒂)祇树给孤独园。那时,孙陀利难陀比丘尼长得漂亮,容貌端正。人们在饭堂看到孙陀利难陀比丘尼后,怀着爱欲,把最好的食物给怀着爱欲的孙陀利难陀比丘尼。孙陀利难陀比丘尼随意享用;其他比丘尼们得不到满意的食物。那些少欲的比丘尼们...抱怨、批评、散布说:"为什么孙陀利难陀尊者怀着爱欲,亲手接受怀着爱欲的男子的硬食或软食后吃呢?"...佛陀世尊问:"比丘们,孙陀利难陀比丘尼真的怀着爱欲,亲手接受怀着爱欲的男子的硬食或软食后吃吗?""是的,世尊。"佛陀世尊呵责说...:"比丘们,为什么孙陀利难陀比丘尼要怀着爱欲,亲手接受怀着爱欲的男子的硬食或软食后吃呢?比丘们,这不能令不信者生信...",于是,比丘们,比丘尼们应当诵此学处 -
"若比丘尼怀着爱欲,亲手接受怀着爱欲的男子的硬食或软食后吃,此比丘尼也犯初次即成的应驱摈僧残法。"
"若比丘尼"意为无论什么样的...比丘尼...在此处所指的比丘尼。
"怀着爱欲"是指贪恋、有欲望、心有所系。
"怀着爱欲"是指贪恋、有欲望、心有所系。
"男子"是指人类男子,不是夜叉、饿鬼、畜生,是有能力生起贪欲的。

那些少欲的比丘尼们...抱怨、批评、散布说:"为什么比丘尼要这样说:'尊者,既然你不怀爱欲,那个男子怀不怀爱欲对你有什么关系呢?来吧,尊者,那个男子给你的硬食或软食,你亲手接受后吃吧。'"...佛陀世尊问:"比丘们,比丘尼真的这样说:'尊者,既然你不怀爱欲,那个男子怀不怀爱欲对你有什么关系呢?来吧,尊者,那个男子给你的硬食或软食,你亲手接受后吃吧。'吗?""是的,世尊。"佛陀世尊呵责说...:"比丘们,为什么比丘尼要这样说:'尊者,既然你不怀爱欲,那个男子怀不怀爱欲对你有什么关系呢?来吧,尊者,那个男子给你的硬食或软食,你亲手接受后吃吧。'比丘们,这不能令不信者生信...",于是,比丘们,比丘尼们应当诵此学处 -

Santaññāpi samaṇiyo lajjiniyo kukkuccikā sikkhākāmā, tāsāhaṃ santike brahmacariyaṃ carissāmī’ti, sā bhikkhunī bhikkhunīhi evamassa vacanīyā – ‘māyye, kupitā anattamanā evaṃ avaca – buddhaṃ paccācikkhāmi, dhammaṃ paccācikkhāmi, saṅghaṃ paccācikkhāmi, sikkhaṃ paccācikkhāmi. Kinnumāva samaṇiyo yā samaṇiyo sakyadhītaro! Santaññāpi samaṇiyo lajjiniyo kukkuccikā sikkhākāmā, tāsāhaṃ santike brahmacariyaṃ carissāmīti, abhiramāyye, svākkhāto dhammo; cara brahmacariyaṃ sammā dukkhassa antakiriyāyā’ti. Evañca sā bhikkhunī bhikkhunīhi vuccamānā tatheva paggaṇheyya, sā bhikkhunī bhikkhunīhi yāvatatiyaṃ samanubhāsitabbā tassa paṭinissaggāya. Yāvatatiyañce samanubhāsīyamānā taṃ paṭinissajjeyya iccetaṃ kusalaṃ; no ce paṭinissajjeyya , ayampi bhikkhunī yāvatatiyakaṃ dhammaṃ āpannā nissāraṇīyaṃ saṅghādisesa’’nti.

"若比丘尼生气不悦时这样说:'我舍弃佛,舍弃法,舍弃僧,舍弃学处。为什么只有释迦女儿才是沙门尼呢?还有其他沙门尼有惭愧心、有顾虑、乐于学习,我要在她们那里修梵行。'其他比丘尼应该这样劝告她:'尊者,不要生气不悦地这样说:"我舍弃佛,舍弃法,舍弃僧,舍弃学处。为什么只有释迦女儿才是沙门尼呢?还有其他沙门尼有惭愧心、有顾虑、乐于学习,我要在她们那里修梵行。"尊者,请欢喜吧,法是善说的;为了彻底断除苦,请修梵行。'如果那位比丘尼被其他比丘尼这样劝告时仍然坚持,其他比丘尼应该劝告她三次让她舍弃。如果到第三次被劝告时舍弃了,这很好;如果不舍弃,此比丘尼也犯三次告诫的应驱摈僧残法。"

当时,佛陀世尊住在舍卫城(现今印度北方邦斯拉瓦斯蒂)祇树给孤独园。那时,偷兰难陀比丘尼的弟子比丘尼们混杂而住,行为不善,名声不好,受人诽谤,扰乱比丘尼僧团,互相隐藏过失。那些少欲的比丘尼们...抱怨、批评、散布说:"为什么比丘尼们要混杂而住,行为不善,名声不好,受人诽谤,扰乱比丘尼僧团,互相隐藏过失呢?"...佛陀世尊问:"比丘们,比丘尼们真的混杂而住,行为不善,名声不好,受人诽谤,扰乱比丘尼僧团,互相隐藏过失吗?""是的,世尊。"佛陀世尊呵责说...:"比丘们,为什么比丘尼们要混杂而住,行为不善,名声不好,受人诽谤,扰乱比丘尼僧团,互相隐藏过失呢?比丘们,这不能令不信者生信...",于是,比丘们,比丘尼们应当诵此学处 -
"若比丘尼们混杂而住,行为不善,名声不好,受人诽谤,扰乱比丘尼僧团,互相隐藏过失。其他比丘尼应该这样劝告她们:'姐妹们混杂而住,行为不善,名声不好,受人诽谤,扰乱比丘尼僧团,互相隐藏过失。尊者们,请分开吧。僧团赞叹姐妹们的独处。'如果那些比丘尼被其他比丘尼这样劝告时仍然坚持,其他比丘尼应该劝告她们三次让她们舍弃。如果到第三次被劝告时舍弃了,这很好;如果不舍弃,这些比丘尼也犯三次告诫的应驱摈僧残法。"

‘‘Suṇātu me, ayye, saṅgho. Ayaṃ itthannāmā bhikkhunī saṅghena samanubhaṭṭhā bhikkhuniyo evaṃ vadeti – ‘saṃsaṭṭhāva ayye, tumhe viharatha. Mā tumhe nānā viharittha. Santi saṅghe aññāpi bhikkhuniyo evācārā evaṃsaddā evaṃsilokā, bhikkhunisaṅghassa vihesikā, aññamaññissā vajjappaṭicchādikā. Tā saṅgho na kiñci āha. Tumhaññeva saṅgho uññāya paribhavena akkhantiyā vebhassiyā dubbalyā evamāha – bhaginiyo kho saṃsaṭṭhā viharanti pāpācārā pāpasaddā pāpasilokā, bhikkhunisaṅghassa vihesikā, aññamaññissā vajjappaṭicchādikā. Viviccathāyye. Vivekaññeva bhaginīnaṃ saṅgho vaṇṇetī’ti. Sā taṃ vatthuṃ na paṭinissajjati. Saṅgho itthannāmaṃ bhikkhuniṃ samanubhāsati tassa vatthussa paṭinissaggāya. Yassā ayyāya khamati itthannāmāya bhikkhuniyā samanubhāsanā tassa vatthussa paṭinissaggāya, sā tuṇhassa; yassā nakkhamati, sā bhāseyya.

‘‘Samanubhaṭṭhā saṅghena itthannāmā bhikkhunī tassa vatthussa paṭinissaggāya. Khamati saṅghassa, tasmā tuṇhī, evametaṃ dhārayāmī’’ti.

Ñattiyā dukkaṭaṃ, dvīhi kammavācāhi thullaccayā, kammavācāpariyosāne āpatti saṅghādisesassa. Saṅghādisesaṃ ajjhāpajjantiyā ñattiyā dukkaṭaṃ, dvīhi kammavācāhi thullaccayā paṭippassambhanti.

Ayampīti purimāyo upādāya vuccati.

Yāvatatiyakanti yāvatatiyaṃ samanubhāsanāya āpajjati, na sahavatthujjhācārā.

Nissāraṇīyanti saṅghamhā nissārīyati.

Saṅghādisesoti saṅghova tassā āpattiyā mānattaṃ deti, mūlāya paṭikassati, abbheti, na sambahulā na ekā bhikkhunī. Tena vuccati ‘‘saṅghādiseso’’ti. Tasseva āpattinikāyassa nāmakammaṃ adhivacanaṃ, tenapi vuccati ‘‘saṅghādiseso’’ti.

动议时,犯恶作。两次羯磨时,犯粗恶。羯磨结束时,犯僧残。对于犯僧残者,动议时的恶作和两次羯磨时的粗恶都消除。
"也"是指连及前面的情况。
"三次告诫"是指经过三次劝告而犯,不是一犯即成。
"应驱摈"意为应从僧团中驱逐。
"僧残"是指只有僧团才能给予该罪的摩那埵,令其重新从本分开始,举行出罪,不是多人或一位比丘尼。因此称为"僧残"。这也是该罪类的名称、同义词,因此也称为"僧残"。
对如法羯磨认为是如法羯磨而不舍弃,犯僧残。对如法羯磨有疑虑而不舍弃,犯僧残。对如法羯磨认为是非法羯磨而不舍弃,犯僧残。

732. Anāpatti asamanubhāsantiyā, paṭinissajjantiyā, ummattikāya, ādikammikāyāti.

Dasamasaṅghādisesasikkhāpadaṃ niṭṭhitaṃ.

Uddiṭṭhā kho, ayyāyo, sattarasa saṅghādisesā dhammā – nava paṭhamāpattikā, aṭṭha yāvatatiyakā. Yesaṃ bhikkhunī aññataraṃ vā aññataraṃ vā āpajjati, tāya bhikkhuniyā ubhatosaṅghe pakkhamānattaṃ caritabbaṃ. Ciṇṇamānattā bhikkhunī yattha siyā vīsatigaṇo bhikkhunisaṅgho tattha (sā bhikkhunī) [( ) (katthapi natthi)] abbhetabbā. Ekāyapi ce ūno vīsatigaṇo bhikkhunisaṅgho taṃ bhikkhuniṃ abbheyya. Sā ca bhikkhunī anabbhitā, tā ca bhikkhuniyo gārayhā, ayaṃ tattha sāmīci.

Tatthāyyāyo pucchāmi – ‘‘kaccittha parisuddhā’’? Dutiyampi pucchāmi – ‘‘kaccittha parisuddhā’’? Tatiyampi pucchāmi – ‘‘kaccittha parisuddhā’’? Parisuddhetthāyyāyo, tasmā tuṇhī, evametaṃ dhārayāmīti.

Sattarasakaṃ niṭṭhitaṃ.

Bhikkhunivibhaṅge saṅghādisesakaṇḍaṃ niṭṭhitaṃ.

无罪的情况:未被劝告,舍弃了,癫狂者,最初犯者。
第十僧残学处结束。
尊者们,已经诵出十七条僧残法 - 九条初犯即成,八条三次告诫。比丘尼犯其中任何一条,该比丘尼应在两部僧团中行半月摩那埵。行完摩那埵的比丘尼,在有二十人的比丘尼僧团中应被举行出罪。如果比丘尼僧团少了哪怕一人不足二十人而为该比丘尼举行出罪,那么该比丘尼未被正式出罪,那些比丘尼应受谴责,这是这里的正确做法。
